Affiliate Opportunity

You want to share in the opportunity to profit from the hottest new product to hit the net? Affiliates selling The Art of the One Night Stand get a 50% revenue split on every sale! In this agreement, the term "affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). Wherever the agreement refers to "you" or "your", it means "the affiliate." The terms "we", "our", "us", and "my" throughout this agreement refers to the comany Sho Nuff Productions and D.J. Harmon, creator of the products.

"Payment"

Sho Nuff Productions will send payment via PayPal for the applicable commissions on or about the 3rd of the month for the previous month's commissions. If any order that generated a referral fee is cancelled by the customer, or if there are any returned payments for any reason, the amount will be deducted from the next monthly paymnet. If there is no subsequent payment, the affiliate will be invoiced. Affiliates must be PayPal members to receive payment.

"Order Fulfillment"

Sho Nuff Productions will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer on www.TheOneNightStand.net.

"No Spam"

We have a zero tolerance policy for spam. Spam is defined as any unsolicited email whether commercial or non-commercial in nature. Spam includes, but is not limited to, the sending of any unsolicited information to a person or group that has not specifically asked and agreed to receive that particular information or is not a personal acquaintance of the sending individual. Affiliates found to be spamming the products will have thier affiliate account terminated and will be held liable for any and all damages and/or losses that may result in addition to losing any or all affiliate commissions due to them.
